1) Purpose of the Platform
Mezmur Hub provides a curated lyrics experience and tools (such as Choir Groups) to support worship, learning,
and community coordination.
2) Content Ownership & Attribution
- Third-party rights: Songs, lyrics, and media belong to their respective owners (artists, writers, publishers).
- No ownership claim: Mezmur Hub does not claim ownership of third-party content presented within the app.
- Respectful use: You agree not to misuse the platform to infringe on rights or distribute content unlawfully.
3) YouTube / Third-Party Services
- No re-uploading: Mezmur Hub does not re-upload YouTube videos or audio.
- Embedded/linked playback: Media playback relies on YouTube availability and restrictions set by content owners.
- Availability: Some videos may not play in certain regions/devices due to YouTube policies or creator settings.
4) Choir Groups (Sharing & Expiration)
Choir Group codes are intended for quick sharing and coordination. Groups may expire automatically based on
platform logic to keep data fresh and reduce misuse.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt the service, scrape the site excessively, or bypass security.
- Upload or submit unlawful, hateful, or abusive content where submissions are permitted.
- Use the service for commercial exploitation of artists’ content without permission.
6) Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep content accurate and usable,
but cannot guarantee uninterrupted playback, availability, or completeness of third-party content.
7) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mezmur Hub after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
